Prices leak for Samsung's 2026 foldable and smartwatch lines

If you plan on buying a 2026 Galaxy Z foldable, this leak will tell you how much change you need to find inside your couch.

The latest rumor has the next Galaxy Unpacked event taking place on July 22. On that date, Samsung is expected to introduce the Galaxy Z Fold 8, Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra, Galaxy Z Flip 8, Galaxy Watch 9, and Watch Ultra 2.

Some of you who are planning to purchase one or more of these devices would love to get an idea about how much they will cost. This way you will know how deep you need to dig into your couch cushions looking for change.

Rumored prices for the new Galaxy Z foldable models and the new Galaxy Watch line

A report from German-language publication WinFuture says to expect the following pricing in Euros for the aforementioned devices:

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 8 256 GB-1,299 Euro. This is +100 Euro from the Galaxy Z Flip 7 price ($1,486 USD).
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 8 512 GB-1,499 Euro. This is +180 Euro from the Galaxy Z Flip 7 price ($1,715 USD).

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 256 GB-1,999 Euro ($2,287 USD).
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 512 GB-2,199 Euro ($2,516 USD).
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 1 TB-2,599 Euro ($2,973 USD).

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra 256 GB-2,199 Euro. This is +100 Euro from the Galaxy Z Fold 7 price ($2,516 USD).
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra 512 GB-2,399 Euro. This is +180 Euro from the Galaxy Z Fold 7 price ($2,745 USD).
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra 1 TB-2,799 Euro. This is +280 Euro from the Galaxy Z Fold 7 price ($3,202 USD).

Samsung Galaxy Watch 9 40 mm Bluetooth-409 Euro. This is +40 Euro from the Galaxy Watch 8 ($468 USD).
Samsung Galaxy Watch 9 40 mm LTE-459 Euro. This is +50 Euro from the Galaxy Watch 8 ($525 USD).
Samsung Galaxy Watch 9 44 mm Bluetooth-439 Euro. This is +30 Euro from the Galaxy Watch 8 ($502 USD).
Samsung Galaxy Watch 9 44 mm LTE-489 Euro. This is +30 Euro from the Galaxy Watch 8 ($559 USD).

Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 LTE-749 Euro. This is +50 Euro compared to the OG Galaxy Watch Ultra, launched in 2024. ($857 USD).

Keep in mind, and this is important, that the US Dollar pricing in parenthesis is only based on recent currency exchange rates. The actual US pricing of these devices will not be based on EU prices.

Expect a significant increase in battery capacity for the Galaxy Z Fold 8

The Galaxy Z Fold 8 is expected to sport a 5,000 mAh battery. Samsung is also increasing the speed of wired charging to 45W from 25W for last year's Galaxy Z Fold 7, which had a 4,400 mAh battery inside. The Galaxy Z Fold 8 Wide is a wider, slightly thinner book-style foldable, which will reportedly be powered by a 4,800 mAh battery.

That leaves the Galaxy Z Flip 8, and the clamshell flipper is expected to be equipped with a 4,300 mAh battery, the same size as last year's model.
