Best Buy has a bunch of free phones on offer for AT&T customers, Moto G6 Play included
Best Buy is known for routinely offering some of the greatest deals in the US on both low and high-end smartphones, especially with monthly installment agreements, but even though we’ve seen substantial discounts of late applied to the regular prices of the Pixel 2 XL, LG G7 ThinQ, or Moto Z2 Force, nothing beats free stuff.

For a no doubt limited time, the retailer is essentially giving away five decent Android handsets in collaboration with AT&T, and pretty much all the usual restrictions apply.

You’ll need to either sign a Next or Next Every Year contract, with your savings offered in the form of monthly bill credits. You also have to be an entirely new AT&T subscriber or, at the very least, add a fresh line of wireless service to an existing account.

At the end of the day 24 or 30-month agreement, you’ll have paid exactly $0 for the Moto G6 Play, Samsung Galaxy J7, Galaxy J3, Galaxy J3 (2018), or Galaxy J7 (2018). That’s right, there are a number of new phones to choose from here, including the well-reviewed Moto G6 Play with pre-loaded Android 8.0 Oreo software, an extra-large and extra-wide 5.7-inch display, and fittingly massive 4,000 mAh battery in tow.

Both the Galaxy J7 (2018) and J3 (2018) are available unlocked in the US right now, shipping with their very own serving of Oreo goodies and... outdated designs in AT&T-specific variants.

Speaking of outdated, last year’s Galaxy J7 and J3 are clearly not the hottest mid-rangers on the market, but... they’re free. In case you’re wondering, the J3, J7, Moto G6 Play, Galaxy J3 (2018), and Galaxy J7 (2018) would normally set you back $180, $240, $180, $210, and $270 respectively.
