Remember the Huawei Mate 10 Pro? Newegg on eBay has it on sale at only $357
It may seem like a very long time ago, but Huawei brought the excellent Mate 10 Pro to the US just last year. Unfortunately, even before the Chinese tech giant was officially blacklisted by President Trump, its pursuit of the American dream was obstructed as two major carriers canceled their plans to release the high-end phone at the last minute due to widely reported political pressure.

Fortunately, there was no stopping a handful of nationwide retailers from selling the mobile device in a GSM unlocked variant, and now one of those appears to be ramping up its efforts to clear lingering inventory. A little over a month after dropping the handset's price to $400, Newegg is offering an even better deal through its eBay storefront at the time of this writing by shaving off an additional 43 bucks.

Technically, the midnight blue and mocha brown Mate 10 Pro are currently listed at $419.99 a pop, but once you add either model to your cart, an extra 15 percent discount will be automatically applied to your order. That means you'll have to pay a measly $357 all in all for a brand-new, unused, unopened, and undamaged product with 128 gigs of internal storage space and 6 gigs of memory.

While Newegg doesn't explicitly mention a warranty on eBay, we're pretty sure the marked-down device will be fully covered for a year, just like the same exact unlocked units available directly from Newegg at $419.99 right now with a $30 gift card included.

Although the Huawei Mate 10 Pro is obviously no match for today's powerhouses, it can still take on the likes of the Galaxy Note 8, not to mention upper mid-rangers typically priced at around 400 bucks. The premium design of the blazing fast 6-incher has aged particularly well, with those razor-thin screen bezels and winning combination of glass and aluminum, while the 4,000 mAh battery matches the capacity of Samsung's Galaxy Note 9. The two Leica-optimized rear-facing cameras are no pushovers either, and Android 9.0 Pie runs the software show, with no imminent danger of Google services disappearing from the phone anytime soon.
