The handset is driven by the quad-core 2.2GHz Snapdragon 800 CPU, with the Adreno 330 GPU handling the graphics. 2GB of RAM is on board with 16GB of native storage. A 64GB microSD slot offers additional memory if needed. The 20MP PureView snapper on back includes OIS for both the camera and video capture, and the front-facing camera weighs in at 1.2MP. A generous 3400mAh cell keeps the lights on.
