If money is no object for you right now and want to get one of the best foldable phones in the world today, you're probably still debating between the Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Z Fold 8 Ultra (unlike the vast majority of early South Korean adopters, who seem to have overwhelmingly chosen Samsung's first wide book-style giant).

A great third option, of course, remains last year's Pixel 10 Pro Fold, at least until Google's next big Galaxy Z-series alternative comes out on August 12. No, that's not a typo, and I didn't forget to put a "1" in front of those digits either. If you hurry, you can incredibly pay just 460 bucks for a Google-made foldable device with a massive 7.6-inch primary screen, similarly impressive 5.8-inch secondary display, a grand total of five super-competent cameras, and a more than respectably sized 4,821mAh battery. Obviously, that also means that you're looking at a first-gen Pixel Fold here from all the way back in 2023, with the biggest problem caused by the handset's advanced age being undoubtedly its inherently outdated Google Tensor G2 processor... which wasn't exactly perfect to begin with.
