While so many people are trying (and largely failing) to get their hands on a first-gen iPhone Duo on the highly anticipated release day of Apple's long overdue foldable, I'm here today to help... an even larger number of people (at least I think so) choose an entirely different device at a lower (or substantially lower) price point.

Whether you're interested in an iPhone Duo-rivaling foldable, a more conventional handset, a tablet, or a smartwatch, my latest week-ending collection of deals and steals from across the interwebs is guaranteed to include one or several excellent options for each and every one of you on a range of different budgets. Without further ado, I give you...

An epic new trio of head-turning promotions for hardcore Android fans

Google Pixel 10 Pro
$250 off (25%)
No, this is obviously not the best compact phone in the world anymore, but with a stunning 120Hz refresh rate-capable 6.3-inch screen in tow, a still reasonably powerful Tensor G5 processor under the hood, 16GB RAM, a massive 4,870mAh battery with 30W charging support, and an exceptional 50 + 48 + 48MP triple rear-facing camera system, you're looking at an absolute must-buy this holiday shopping season at a hefty $250 discount.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8
$1699 99
$1899 99
$200 off (11%)
Samsung's first-ever wide foldable is just as appealing after the iPhone Duo's (troubled) release as it was at its own commercial debut, especially at an outright $200 discount with additional $200 store credit included for free. This model packs the same state-of-the-art Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor as its Ultra brother, not to mention two undeniably gorgeous 7.6 and 5.5-inch screens with 120Hz refresh rate technology, two very competent 50MP cameras, and 4,800mAh battery capacity.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra
$1899 99
$2099 99
$200 off (10%)
Probably the best Android-powered foldable phone available in the US right now is impressively marked down by $200 from its regular prices in both 256 and 512GB storage variants with absolutely no strings attached, and if you hurry, you can also get $200 to spend on a Galaxy accessory (or several) at checkout. The Z Fold 8 Ultra offers significantly more screen real estate than its "regular" brother, as well as vastly improved camera performance and versatility.

Yes, I realize it's 2026 (almost 2027), which means the Pixel 11 family is already several months old. But I still believe the 16GB RAM-packing Pixel 10 Pro can be a smarter buy than its undeniably overpriced 6.3-inch successor with only 12 gigs of the good stuff in an entry-level configuration.

Of course, that's only true at a $250 (or higher) discount, unlike the Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Z Fold 8 Ultra, which are among the greatest foldable phones money can buy at any price this holiday shopping season. If you can save $200 outright and another $200 on a protective case, smartwatch, or some wireless earbuds, that's obviously even better, and I almost don't know how you could possibly turn down these latest money-saving opportunities for Samsung's newest Z Folds.

Yes, Black Friday and Cyber Monday are right around the corner, but can you really wait that long when two of the most sophisticated products in the mobile industry's history are calling you?

Want more smartphone bargains? Here are SO MANY more!

Motorola Moto G Power (2025)
$199 99
$299 99
$100 off (33%)
Last year's big-battery Moto G Power mid-ranger is about as affordable as it's ever been, fetching a cool 100 bucks less than usual with no special requirements and including a $29.99-worth Moto Tag at no extra charge. Apart from a 5,000mAh cell with 30W wired and 15W wireless charging support, the G Power (2025) also has a respectable MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor going for it, as well as an undeniably high-quality 6.8-inch IPS LCD screen with 120Hz refresh rate capabilities and a surprisingly robust construction.

Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G (2025)
$299 99
$399 99
$100 off (25%)
The most affordable pen-wielding handset you can buy in the US right now is even cheaper than usual, going $100 off list for the umpteenth time in recent months while also including a complimentary pair of Moto Buds 2 Plus that are normally separately priced at a whopping $149.99. Of course, last year's 5G-enabled Moto G Stylus mid-ranger has other key strengths and important selling points as well, including a 6.7-inch AMOLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate support, a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor, and a 5,000mAh battery capable of charging at blazing fast 68W rates.

Samsung Galaxy A27
$304 99
$379 99
$75 off (20%)
Recently made more expensive than ever before in the US, the 5G-enabled Galaxy A27 is now on sale at a substantial $75 discount from its new $379.99 list price, delivering decent but not exactly stellar value for your money between a 120Hz refresh rate-capable 6.7-inch Super AMOLED screen, a 5,000mAh battery with 25W charging support, 50 + 5 + 2MP triple rear-facing cameras, and a grand total of six guaranteed OS updates after a debut on Android 16 a few months ago.

Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G (2026)
$499 99
$599 99
$100 off (17%)
The newest Moto G Stylus edition doesn't look radically different from its 2025 predecessor, but the accompanying pen is vastly improved with a bunch of "active" new features and capabilities. Powered by a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor and equipped with a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen, this year's 5G-enabled Moto G Stylus is not only discounted by a cool $100 in a 256GB storage variant, also including a $250-worth pair of Moto Buds Loop in its newly reduced price.

Samsung Galaxy A57 5G
$100 off (17%)
The best mid-range handset released by Samsung this year is... probably not worth 600 bucks, but if you hurry, you can pay a cool $100 less than that without jumping through any hoops. The Galaxy A57 packs a powerful (for a 2026 mid-ranger) Exynos 1680 processor and a 5,000mAh battery with 45W charging capabilities while also sporting a stunning Super AMOLED+ screen with a 6.7-inch diagonal and 120Hz refresh rate support.

Motorola Edge 2026
$499 99
$599 99
$100 off (17%)
Compact phones are a bit of a dying breed, but that actually makes the Motorola Edge (2026) especially attractive with a 6.3-inch AMOLED panel in tow and a MediaTek Dimensity 7450 processor under its hood. The 5,000mAh battery with 68W charging support is almost surprisingly large and fast, and the latest Motorola Store deal is incredibly compelling, slashing $100 off the handset's list price and throwing in a complimentary pair of Moto Buds 2 Plus that you'd normally have to pay $149.99 for.
Buy at Motorola
Samsung Galaxy S26 FE
$100 off (14%)
Samsung's latest Fan Edition handset is a little more affordable than usual without you having to jump through any hoops, and with an Exynos 2500 processor and a 45W charging-capable 4,900mAh battery under its hood, you're clearly looking at a value champion here. That's even more evident when you consider the seven guaranteed OS updates for a device that was released running Android 17 with One UI 9 out the box.

Motorola Razr Ultra (2025)
$799 99
$1499 99
$700 off (47%)
Powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and equipped with massive 7 and 4-inch AMOLED screens supporting 165Hz refresh rate technology, this remains quite possibly the best foldable phone you can buy in terms of its value for your money even after more than a year on the market. That's because the technically extravagant $1,499.99 list price of the Razr Ultra (2025) in a top-of-the-line 1TB storage variant is marked down by a colossal 700 bucks, and on top of that, you also get free Moto Buds 2 with your order right now.

Samsung Galaxy S26
$150 off (15%)
Yes, the "vanilla" Galaxy S26 has been sold at lower prices than right now a number of times in the past, but that doesn't make Amazon's new $150 discount any less appealing for hardcore Samsung fans and Android power users with an inclination towards compact devices. Despite its relatively reduced size, this bad boy is just as powerful as the Galaxy S26 Plus and S26 Ultra, packing 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage in an entry-level configuration in addition to a state-of-the-art Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor.
Buy at Amazon
Google Pixel 10 Pro XL
$300 off (23%)
Equipped with a generous 512 gigs of internal storage space, this Pixel 10 Pro XL variant is... definitely not affordable, but it is considerably cheaper than its Pixel 11 Pro XL counterpart at a substantial new $300 discount that's unlikely to last long. That's because there's only one color option in stock at a massively reduced price right now, and after this killer new Amazon deal inevitably goes away, last year's 6.8-inch stock Android-running giant could be retired altogether.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 8
$1049 99
$1199 99
$150 off (13%)
One of the very few clamshell-style foldable devices that still matters in a market segment dominated by book-style and passport-style giants is both discounted by a cool $150 from an arguably excessive list price and bundled with free $100 Samsung Store credit you can use towards the purchase of an accessory of your choice. The compact size and stylish design are arguably the Z Flip 8's two biggest selling points, likely followed by the outstandingly powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and 4,300mAh battery capacity.

Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra
$250 off (18%)
Here's another member of the ultra-high-end Galaxy S26 family that was previously sold at a lower price but that's definitely worth taking into consideration at a cool $250 discount as well. The S26 Ultra is obviously bigger and better than the 6.3-inch Galaxy S26 in almost every way that matters, impressing among others with its big, sharp, and silky smooth screen, built-in S Pen, Privacy Display functionality, stellar battery life, blazing fast charging, exceptional cameras, and pretty much unrivaled software support.

Motorola Razr Fold
$1699 99
$1899 99
$200 off (11%)
Motorola's first and so far only book-style foldable powerhouse is definitely not what you'd call a conventionally affordable handset, but at a $200 discount, it's a little easier to recommend as a Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra alternative for hardcore fans of the Lenovo-owned brand. The biggest problem is likely the non-Elite-branded Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, while the top qualities include two huge screens, three 50MP cameras, and a knockout 6,000mAh battery capacity figure.

It's not every week that this list of "second-tier" smartphone deals includes as many as 13 (!!!) names, and yes, almost every single one of these deeply discounted devices could have successfully replaced the Galaxy Z Fold 8, Z Fold 8 Ultra, or Pixel 10 Pro in the above section of my latest roundup.

The Galaxy Z Flip 8 and Pixel 10 Pro XL are especially compelling at their newest discounts, while the Galaxy S26 and S26 Ultra are in all fairness not that attractive right now. Then you've got the Razr Ultra (2025) clamshell at a price I'm sure we've all seen before... and still have trouble believing, as well as the Razr Fold at a price... that should probably go down a little further in the near future to make the book-style foldable feel like a decent "investment."

If you're on a tight budget, meanwhile, you'll undoubtedly be happy to see several different Motorola mid-rangers sold at killer prices... yet again, as well as Samsung's Galaxy A27 at a pretty unusual discount. Last but not necessarily least, the Galaxy A57 and Galaxy S26 FE are likely ideal for hardcore Samsung fans who can't quite afford the brand's latest (overpriced) flagships.

And now let's talk about this week's best discounted tablets

Amazon Fire HD 10 (2023)
$82 off (53%)
If you can't afford Amazon's all-new Alexa Tablets, the 2023-released Fire HD 10 can still be a very smart buy at a simply unbeatable 53 percent discount in an entry-level 32GB storage variant with lockscreen ads. Just keep in mind that Play Store support is lacking here, which would be a major inconvenience... if you could find literally any Android-powered tablet at a similar price as this right now.

Lenovo Tab Plus Gen 2
$269 99
$399 99
$130 off (33%)
In a day and age when all Android tablets are getting costlier and costlier, the 12.1-inch AI-powered Lenovo Tab Plus Gen 2 has miraculously managed to not only retain its launch price but also go a whopping $130 off list with nine powerful JBL speakers, a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 processor, 8GB RAM, 128GB internal storage space, and a 10,200mAh battery with 45W charging capabilities.

TCL Tab A1 Plus NXTPAPER
$100 off (25%)
TCL is not among the world's top tablet vendors but maybe it should be, impressing with the unrivaled display technology of models like this 12.2-incher on sale at a $100 discount right now. The Tab A1 Plus NXTPAPER is basically a full-blown Android tablet and an energy-efficient e-book reader rolled into one, and its discounted price somehow includes both a stylus and protective case as well.

Lenovo Yoga Tab (Gen 2)
$639 98
$799 98
$160 off (20%)
For an Android 17-running 11.1-inch tablet with seven guaranteed OS upgrades, four speakers, a MediaTek Dimensity 9500s processor, 256GB internal storage space, and 11,000mAh battery capacity, the second-gen Lenovo Yoga Tab is pretty impressively affordable, especially at a $160 (or 20 percent) discount in combination with a pair of Cosmic Blue-coated true wireless earbuds.
Buy at Lenovo
Lenovo Yoga Tab Plus (Gen 2)
$839 98
$1069 98
$230 off (21%)
The 13-inch Yoga Tab Plus (Gen 2) is bigger and even more impressive than its non-Plus sibling, packing a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, 12GB RAM, six speakers, and a gargantuan 12,700mAh battery. Compared to Apple's latest iPad Pros or Samsung's newest Galaxy Tab flagships, however, this thing is definitely not very costly, especially at a $230 discount in combination with wireless earbuds, as well as a Lenovo Tab Pen Pro 2 and All-in-One Clamshell Keyboard.
Buy at Lenovo

The bad news is that I don't have any decent iPad, Surface Pro, or Galaxy Tab deals to recommend today. On the bright side, I strongly believe that the likes of Lenovo's second-gen Yoga Tab and Yoga Tab Plus can do (almost) everything their overpriced rivals can do without breaking the bank right now.

Then you have the Lenovo Tab Plus Gen 2 and TCL Tab A1 Plus NXTPAPER at very cool discounts of their own for fans of mid-range Android tablets with decidedly premium designs and (more than) respectable features, as well as the dirt-cheap Fire HD 10 (2023) for buyers who can't afford... anything else.

These top smartwatch deals and steals will not be ignored either

Samsung Galaxy Watch FE
$119
$199 99
$81 off (40%)
For some reason, Samsung has left the Galaxy Watch Fan Edition without a sequel. But the 2024-released intelligent timepiece can still be a smart buy this holiday season at the right price, and a new $80 Walmart discount makes its value proposition pretty hard to beat right now.
Buy at Walmart
Garmin Venu 3
$151 off (34%)
Garmin isn't considered a "mainstream" Apple or Samsung rival, but the Venu 3 is different from members of the Fenix, Epix, or Forerunner families, rocking a decidedly elegant design while retaining the stellar battery life that makes this brand a top choice for a lot of professional athletes and health nuts.
Buy at Amazon
Apple Watch Ultra 3
$150 off (19%)
Because the Apple Watch Ultra 4 is too new to get a substantial discount, the company's outdoor lovers and adventurers will have to settle for last year's Apple Watch Ultra 3 at $150 off its list price with a rugged titanium case and black Alpine Loop. Luckily, the two robust smartwatches are not very different, which makes the Ultra 3 a very smart buy today.
Buy at Amazon
Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra 2
$699 99
The Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 is also too young (and powerful) to get an outright discount without an obligatory device trade-in, so a $100 instant Samsung Store credit will have to do for Android smartphone users interested in something that can accompany them in the most remote places on Earth and keep an eye on their most intense workouts.
Buy at Samsung

How could you ever ignore a Galaxy Watch available at only a little over a Benjamin (regardless of its age)? Or a "premium fitness" smartwatch from Garmin at a rare $150 discount with two-week battery life?

The Apple Watch Ultra 3 and Galaxy Watch Ultra 2, meanwhile, might be ignored by those of you who don't like bulky, outdoor-friendly wearable devices, but if that's not a problem and you can afford these bad boys, now's probably one of the best times to pull the trigger (especially as far as Apple's rugged timepiece from last year is concerned, which could be discontinued soon).
