OtterBox launches rugged Call of Duty iPhone cases

OtterBox, maker of rugged smartphone accessories, today announced two Call of Duty themed cases for the iPhone 7 and iPhone 6/6s.

Part of OtterBox's Defender Series, the new cases are obviously targeted at the millions of fans playing and enjoying Call of Duty - the first-person shooter that debuted on Windows over a decade ago, now being widely available on iOS and Android handsets (in various iterations).

Priced at $59.95 a piece, these Call of Duty iPhone cases are similar to the regular Defender Series cases when it comes to features. You're getting a triple-layer tough case, a built-in screen protector, port covers to block dust and dirt, and a holster (this works both as a kickstand, and a belt clip). OtterBox didn't say if it's also planning to release Call of Duty cases for the iPhone 7 Plus and iPhone 6/6s Plus (or for any other smartphone, for that matter).
