Google launches new Shopping experience in the United States

Google has just released a brand new Shopping app for mobile and desktop in the United States. The redesigned app includes information from thousands of stores and lets users discover and compare millions of products to find the best prices.

Both Android and iOS apps come with a new homepage that's been personalized to present users with useful product suggestions, as well as sections that help them reorder common items or continue their shopping research.

The app allows you to track the prices of products on Google Shopping. Simply find the product you like and enable the “price track” option to receive notifications when the price of that specific item drops. Google will add another option in the coming weeks, which will allow users to choose to receive these notifications through email.

The Google guarantee means that you can shop from any store with confidence and discover new ones you would never consider before. The items that benefit from Google guarantee are marked with a colorful shopping cart icon on product images and in the search filters.
