Deal: get the Sony Xperia X at $299.99 (25% off) from Amazon
If you're a fan of Sony's Xperia smartphone series, check this one out: Amazon is currently selling the Sony Xperia X in brand new and unlocked condition at a price of $299.99. That's $100 or 25% down from the usual retail price of $399.99.

Note that the deal is good for the GSM/LTE unlocked version of the Sony Xperia X, a handset that will work on GSM networks such as AT&T and T-Mobile. If you're on Verizon or Sprint, you'll have to look elsewhere.

All of the four Sony Xperia X color options - Black, White, Lime Gold, and Rose Gold - are available at this discounted price.

At $299.99 unlocked, the Sony Xperia X is an attractive proposition. The raw hardware specs include a 5-inch IPS display running at 1080 by 1920 pixels, Snapdragon 650 chipset with a hexa-core CPU and an Adreno 510 GPU, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of expandable integrated storage space, and a 2620mAh battery. In the camera department, the Xperia X comes with a 23MP primary camera as well as a 13MP secondary sensor on the front.
