Deal: The Moto G4 is on sale for about $30 cheaper than normal in India
The Moto G4 is an excellent little smartphone. We gave it a 7/10 when we reviewed it back in July, saying that the phone is certainly worth picking up if it checks off all of the things that you need in a new smartphone. It may not be the most exciting device ever created, but for a starting price of just $199 here in the States, it certainly does offer a whole lot of bang for your buck.

If you're a resident of India and are on the hunt for a new budget smartphone either for yourself or a loved one, Amazon India is currently selling the phone at a rather nice discounted price. Both the 16GB and 32GB models of the phone have received a price cut, resulting in a savings of INR 2,000 (about $30 USD). The 16GB variant of the Moto G4 is now selling for INR 10,499 (about $155) and he 32GB model can be picked up for INR 11,999 ($175). You can purchase the phone in both black and white color options, so you've got some choice too when it comes to the overall look of the phone.

Looking for something even cheaper? Amazon India is also bundling an INR 1,000 gift card ($15) with the purchase of the Moto G4 Play. The G4 Play is cheaper than the regular Moto G4, but it's also a lot less powerful. However, in our review of the G4 Play, we said that, "If you don't need a lot of phone, or maybe want a backup model in case something happens to your regular daily driver, there's a lot to like in the Moto G4 Play."

Are you comparing HTC 10 with Moto G4? You could buy three G4s for the same price!

now this makes sense... for the normal price, one should go for G4 plus which have much better camera and a fingerprint scanner
