AT&T to get 7 inch Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 reveals FCC visit
A trip to the FCC by a tablet manufactured by Samsung could have revealed the 7 inch Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 for AT&T. The slate has support for the carrier's LTE pipeline (Bands 2, 4, 5 and 17), UMTS (3G) connectivity over the 850 / 1900MHz bands, dual-band WiFi and Bluetooth LE. The latter is the low energy version of Bluetooth that works with heart monitors and other health related tools.

Early this year, there was talk that Samsung had decided to 86 the 7 inch version of the Galaxy Tab 3 to concentrate on the 8 inch model to better compete with the 7.9 inch Apple iPad mini. But in May, a Wi-Fi only version of the tablet showed up at the FCC with dimensions very similar to the  186mm x 110mm that the device that visited the FCC measured.

With a screen that is only .7 inch larger than the Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3, the FCC visit tells us to prepare for an AT&T branded model of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0.
