White Nexus 4 rumored to launch June 10th, could bring Android 4.3
It's Google I/O, so things are moving fast, and a lot of rumors are swirling. Just a couple hours ago, we told you that there was a pretty flimsy rumor that Android 4.3 could be released in July along with the 2nd generation Nexus 7 tablet. Well, half of that info is already questionable. We were reluctant to put much faith in the Android 4.3 part of the earlier rumor, and it seems we had the right idea, because a new rumor has Android 4.3 and the white Nexus 4 being released June 10th.

Unfortunately, we can't say that we trust this new rumor any more than the last. The news comes from Android and Me, which claims that it was able to get its hands on the white Nexus 4 at Google I/O and that the device would come with Android 4.3. Android and Me did not mention anything about the source of the information, so we don't know if the info even comes from someone inside Google or not.

According to the report, the white Nexus 4 is exactly the same as the black version, which would mean that any rumors about the white variant having LTE support seem to be debunked. The report says the white Nexus 4 will be available in the Google Play Store on June 10th with the same $299 pricetag as the original, and that Android 4.3 would be released along to the other Nexus family devices at that same time.

They could of at least offered a 32gb version with a snap 600 :/. If its the same specs as the Nexus 4 nobody is going to buy it.

Not true you just don't know what you are talking!
I'm from Europe and in my country in resellers shop LG Nexus 4 cost 500 USD (without any contract) and here it is cheaper than iPhone 5 or even iPhone 4S. Also it is cheaper than: LG Optimus G, Sony Xperia Z, Nokia Lumia 920 or Samsung Galaxy S III and some other...
Similar situation is in some neighboring countries also.
Also remember that in some European countries you can order LG Nexus 4 online directlly from Google Play and it will be much, much more cheaper than 500 USD.

"well... if u are from Eu, like i am.. that doesn't mean that the price of nex. 4 is similar in every country... don't u think so?"

If you have carefully read my comment, you should see that I wasn't talking about whole Europe, I have said that such price is in my country and similar situation is also in some neighboring countries, I wasn't talking about whole Europe since I dont know situation in whole Europe. Also make sure that we are talking about the same 16GB version. And dont forget that in some European countries you can order LG Nexus 4 online directlly from Google and it is cheapest way to get it.

"for example .. in mine country without contract the price is 750$ !! still cheap 4u ??"

LG Nexus 4 is much cheaper compared to the other smartphones with similar technical specifications.

"and btw 4 your info, Iphone 5 cost 1275$ so..."

As I have said before, LG Nexus 4 in my country is cheaper than iPhone 5 or even iPhone 4S.

"...no, thank u capitalisam, i wont buy any of your product untill u set the properly price for our budget which is , average , 500 euro per person for one month of work."

Complaints not for me...

Stupid rumor. What's the point of announcing Android 4.3 right after Google I/O. It has lost the interest it could've had.

I'm not sure if Android 4.3 is just a rumor since Android 4.3 was confirmed by Google developer website.

To show they can update the key apps for android without needing to release a whole new Android version, I think. Plus, Android 4.3 was leaked in the developers search but was apparently polled at the last moment.

This. I'm on Gingerbread on a 2011 mid-range device and only Google Now and WiFi Direct are missing, I get every update from Google and Play Store apps; for more performance and capabilities, I need a new phone not a new Android version. So well done by Goggle to turning ppl's attention to the obvious: OS updates are outrageously overrated, app content is always up to date.

then you are clearly missing out on the bacon, that is ICS and up...

its so much different, even if the apps are similar, the experience will still be different.
you underrate OS updates.

your midrange device should still be able to run JB.
I suggest you find a custom ROM or something...

It actually is really hard. Apple was having a lot of issues with light leaks to the camera with the white iPhone 4. Google may be having similar issues (or maybe they held off because they wanted a mid year boost to sales. We'll probably never know)

It's only been 7 months since the Nexus 4 announcement. The new Nexus phone is saved for later in the year, it's been that way since the Nexus S.
