Real time traffic added to Google Maps for over 130 new locations
More than 130 new cities now show real time traffic on Google Maps. While live traffic has been a feature on Google Maps since 2008, this is the first time since then that the tech titan has added the feature to more cities. Now you can get estimated travel times based on real traffic information for small cities like Portland, Maine; Kalamazoo, Michigan; and Tuscaloosa, Alabama. In addition, the traffic updates and estimated travel times will be available for Bogotá, San José, and Panama City.

In addition, Google has improved its coverage in Brazil, Canada, China, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. Check the sourcelink for the cities around the globe that offer real time traffic info on Google Maps.
