Limited edition HTC One X for AT&T, designed by Cushnie Et Ochs, up for bids on eBay

You might remember that spectacular looking two-tone HTC One X for AT&T that we showed you last Thursday. Of course, that was the day when Amazon introduced its new Amazon Kindle Fire lineup, so you can be forgiven for not having this in the forefront of your mind. To refresh your memory, HTC has produced a limited edition of the HTC One X for AT&T. The smartphone was designed by fashion label Cushnie et Ochs and is reserved for celebrities in the fashion world heading to the Big Apple for New York Fashion Week. Besides the cool looking back, the phone replaces the usual unibody design with a two-part chassis and special wallpaper to match the white and black color of the back cover.
We did say that you cannot buy this limited edition, but that might have changed. The phone happens to be up for bids on eBay and while the seller says that only 150 of them have been produced, he happens to have one that can be won at auction (like the way we did that?). The bidding runs through September 17th and there have been 14 bids with the last one at $520. If you want to roll like the New York fashionistas do with a limited edition HTC One X in your hand, check out the sourcelink if you intend to make a bid. One important caveat. The seller, 2012greatwhite86, has a seller score of zero on the auction site.

I guess you're gonna have to kill me. I'm currently the highest bidder...seriously.

I think it's pretty cool, too. I don't expect to win, but I just bid on it.

Why not black with 18kt gold outlined around the bezel....

Interestingly enough, the auction was just cancelled by the seller. I have to wonder why...considering the seller's score, maybe this person didn't actually even have the item in question?

Someone prolly offered him a nice amount if he ended the auction. Happens all the time.

Why don't you just go coat it yourself? Like spray paint or anodizing if it's possible? And I'm sure there are some phone shops that do this second skin coating for phones, why not just ask them to coat the phone in half transparent and half black (If you bought the white version)?
