T-Mobile announces Samsung Galaxy S9/S9+ BOGO

T-Mobile announces Samsung Galaxy S9/S9+ BOGO
T-Mobile announced today that it is now offering a BOGO deal on the Samsung Galaxy S9, Samsung Galaxy S9+, and the Samsung Galaxy S8 Active. To take advantage of this deal, a T-Mobile subscriber will need to purchase two Galaxy S9, Galaxy S9+ or Galaxy S8 Active handsets using an Equipment Installment Plan (EIP). Over 24 months, the account will be credited $720 over 24 months ($30 per month). That will be enough to cover the second Galaxy S9 purchase.

At T-Mobile, the Samsung Galaxy S9+ is $840, and the Samsung Galaxy S8 Active is $850. This means that if you use the BOGO deal to purchase a second unit of those two models, you will still owe an additional $120 or $130, respectively.

For well-qualified customers, the Samsung Galaxy S9 is $0 down, and $30 a month over 24 months. The Samsung Galaxy S9+ is $120 down, and $30 a month over 24 months. Lastly, the Samsung Galaxy S8 Active is $130 down, and $30 a month over 24 months.

We should point out that the bill credits usually start kicking in after two months, so be prepared to pay an extra $30 a month for the first two billing cycles after you make this purchase. Also, to take advantage of this deal, new customers need to activate at least two lines, and existing customers need to activate at least one new line. Oh, there is just one more thing. The BOGO deal is available for a limited time only, so if you are interested, click on the sourcelink below.

I love T-Mobile but all their good deals for the last year + require a new line of service. Didn't used to be like that. Oh well

Not all of them. The last LG deal got my wife and me a BOGO on a pair of LG V30+ without adding a new line.

If you're already a customer why the hell would you need an extra line? they should do it for at least people who have two lines or more on their account. Just stupid. SMH

You can get the same deal at Costco, but instead of credit you get a visa debit card. They are selling also the S9 for $679 and plus for $799.

"new line" is still required. I would post the link but PA won't allow me to post links because I have less than 30 posts here.

Costco is doing BOGO atm? Or just a cc w/some $ on it for a purchase of the GS9/9+?

Yes, BOGO with a visa card of $679 in 8 weeks.

If you want to take advantage of this promo, my suggestion would be to add the extra line of service for the device to get the bill credits and then cancel your previous line... you end up with a new number but then again you get a free s9+, we typically will do this for eavrytime there maybe a new samsung or apple device on a buy one get one free type of deal

won't work, carriers have it set so if you cancel either the previous line or new line, you will lose the credits

I guess it would really matter how many people you would have to tell you got a new number. I did this before and it was a pain in the ass.

The Costco deal is better because there's no credit but a debit card when you add a line.

All this back and forth. The S9 isn’t selling well, that fact is already documented. Everyone including Samsung is selling the phone at discount here in the states, pretty soon everywhere else. Hell the Koreans aren’t buying it..........

BOGOs are all over the place with every carrier, usually soon after release, aside from that if you waited for the s9 no brainer going with that model, but s8 to an s9 I could see why it isn't selling as much. Same with Iphone 7 to 8 though. Waiting for the 9~~~
