Thanks to a case leak, unearthed by Android Headlines, we now know two of the hues that the S26 Fe will be available in - green and purple. And they're just the hues I was hoping to see on this phone.

Our colleagues at Android Headlines posted extensive imagery of what appear to be the official Samsung Galaxy S26 FE cases, including both silicon magnetic cases and clear magnetic cases.

The images show part of the Galaxy S26 FE itself, and they align with all the previous design leaks we had. The rear camera housing looks very similar to the one on the vanilla Galaxy S26 flagship, and we can also see the metal frame and the LED flash next to the camera bump.

The clear Samsung Galaxy S26 FE cases reveal two of the colors that this affordable flagship will be available in. One is a deep purple hue, possibly named Violet or Purple.
The Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26 Plus are both available in a color, called Cobalt Violet, so there's a good chance this ends up the official name for this S26 FE color.

The second color is a light shade of green, and if we want to bet on a name, it'd probably be something like Aqua Green or Mint.

The latest Galaxy S26 FE leak joins a long streak of rumors, detailing everything about Samsung's new "Fan Edition" phone.
The latest camera leak was a bit disappointing, suggesting no upgrades compared to the last generation. The Galaxy S26 FE is expected to use the same primary 50MP Samsung Isocell S5KGN3 lens with f/1.8 aperture, dual-pixel PDAF, and optical image stabilization as the Galaxy S25 FE.
There will be a secondary 8MP OmniVision OV08A1 telephoto sensor and a 12MP Sony IMX825 for the ultrawide camera.
We're looking at the same 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1,900 nits of peak brightness. The phone is also expected to have 45W fast wired charging support and a 4,900 mAh or 5,000 mAh battery.
Pricing and whether you should wait for the Galaxy S26 FE
The US pricing for the Galaxy S26 FE is still a mystery, but there was a recent European pricing leak, which points toward a €749 (~$860) price tag.
The price hike if this rumor turns out to be true would be €50 (~$58), so translated to the US price tag of the Galaxy S25 FE, we can expect the Galaxy S26 FE to start at $699.99 ($50 up from last year) for the 8GB/128GB variant.
The phone is shaping up to be a good deal, though, given the Galaxy S26 lineup received a more substantial price hike, and the vanilla S26 now starts at $899.
For $200 less, you'll be getting a bigger screen, faster charging, a larger battery, and the same long software support. With its Exynos 2500 processor, the Galaxy S26 FE won't topple the S26, but if benchmark results are not important to you, the S26 FE could be a great bang for your buck.
