Incredible new Black Friday deals make the Moto G7 Plus the ultimate holiday bargain
Commercially released more than 18 months ago, the Moto G7 Plus is probably not the first device that comes to mind when searching for a top Black Friday 2020 deal. But if you're on a tight budget and don't want to be tied up to a carrier in any way or jump through various types of hoops, this mid-range oldie might just strike the greatest balance between affordability and power this holiday season.

Yes, there are plenty of excellent Black Friday phone offers to be had on faster, newer, larger, and sharper models with bigger batteries and more capable cameras in tow, but an unlocked Motorola G7 Plus currently costs as little as $119.99 at Best Buy and B&H Photo Video with absolutely no strings attached.

Originally priced at $249.99, the 6.2-inch handset can also be had for a couple of bucks more than $120 on Amazon in a single black hue. B&H is the only one of the three retailers to list an expiration date for this amazing deal, giving its customers over three days (i.e. until the end of Cyber Monday) to decide if the G7 Plus is right for them or not.

Incredibly enough, Best Buy can go even lower than $119.99, taking an extra $50 off for those willing to activate the phone on Verizon or AT&T outright and 50 bucks on top of all that if you don't mind opening a new line of Sprint (or rather, T-Mobile) service or a new account altogether.

Yup, your math is correct, as the Moto G7 Plus can be yours at the time of this writing in exchange for a measly $19.99. By no means a powerhouse, this thing certainly delivers plenty of value for $20, $70, or $120, featuring a generous (by sub-$200 standards) 4 gigs of RAM paired with 64 gigs of internal storage space, as well as a reasonably fast Snapdragon 636 processor and decently sharp IPS LCD panel sporting a resolution of 2270 x 1080 pixels.

Granted, the 3,000mAh battery is... painfully small by any standards, and the dual 16 + 5MP rear-facing camera setup is no longer a standout in the mid-end segment, but otherwise, this is a pretty dreamy device for a cash-strapped holiday bargain hunter. Oh, and did we mention the Moto G7 Plus also supports blazing fast 27W charging technology?
