One such gadget is undeniably the Fitbit Charge 6, which, despite its advanced age, can still be a very smart purchase for a lot of people this summer... at the right price. Released all the way back in 2023 at $159.95 and marked down to as little as $99.95 many times since then, the classic-looking (and yet reasonably classy) activity tracker is now discounted by a whopping 80 bucks.
If that doesn't sound impressive enough to you, then I'm going to guess that math wasn't exactly your favorite subject in school, or else you would have realized $80 equates to a 50 percent discount in this case. And regardless of how old the Charge 6 is, that's a super-deep price cut Amazon is unlikely to beat during its extended Prime Day 2026 sales event next week.
What's cool about this outstanding pre-Prime Day deal is that it comes with no restrictions or special requirements of any sort, which means that anyone can save $80 right now, with or without an Amazon Prime membership.
The not-so-great part is that the unprecedented 50 percent discount only applies to the wearable's gold-and-red model, while the black-on-black and silver-with-white flavors are marked down by a slightly humbler $60 (or 38 percent) from the same $159.95 list price.

Released a couple of years after Google officially acquired Fitbit, the Charge 6 is naturally infused with a lot of the search giant's best wearable software, from Maps to Wallet and Google Health, the latter of which comes free for three months in its Premium tier for Amazon buyers.
Of course, the real selling points (especially at a lower-than-ever price) are the premium 1.04-inch LCD screen and the 7-day battery life. The combination of those two features is pretty much unrivaled in the sub-$100 market segment and is likely to remain that way until (or rather if) the Fitbit Charge 7 comes out.
