The latest Samsung UI, the One UI 9, was announced just a couple of weeks ago, and it's exclusive to the Galaxy Z Fold 8, Fold 8 Ultra, and the Flip 8 at the moment.
Of course, you can install the beta One UI 9 distribution on the Galaxy S26 series but it appears that Samsung has begun testing the next iteration of the software for the Galaxy S27 Ultra.
Fahad Ali Javed has shared evidence on X, detailing the One UI 9.5 version taken from Samsung's test servers. According to the tipster, the build is for the US variant of the Galaxy S27 Ultra.

How do we know the build is meant for the upcoming Galaxy S27 Ultra? Well, apparently, this assumption is based on the S958U part at the beginning of the built.
The Galaxy S27 Ultra bears the model number SM-S958U, so it's safe to assume the One UI 9.5 build is being tested on that particular model.
