Win one of three HTC 10 handsets being given away by the manufacturer
How would you like the opportunity to win HTC's 2016 Android flagship phone, the HTC 10? Arguably one of HTC's best high-end Android models in years, the HTC 10 includes everything that had been left out of previous HTC flagship models. Consider that the 5.2-inch Super LCD 5 screen carries a 1440 x 2560 resolution. Or that the rear camera is a 12MP snapper with an f/1.8 aperture and OIS. And there is actually a 3000mAh juicer powering the unit.

All-in-all, HTC made a very strong showing with the HTC 10, and the phone can be all yours thanks to a sweepstakes being run by the manufacturer. The HTC Green is Good Sweepstakes starts today, and the drawing will be held one week from today, October 8th, at 10:08am Pacific time. The drawing can be viewed live on HTC's Facebook page. One entry is permitted per person, and you need to have it submitted by 11:59pm Pacific time on October 7th. You must be 18 years old and a U.S. resident to enter the contest

Three HTC 10 units will be given away along with, one HTC Vive, one UA Health Box, four UA Bands, four Re Cameras, and one HTC One A9. The value of all of the prizes is $4,961.

If October 8th comes around and you don't win the HTC 10, you will have until the end of that day to take $150 off the phone. As we told you yesterday, from now until Midnight Pacific time on October 8th you can buy the HTC 10 for just $549. The flagship handset can be bought unlocked (with AT&T and T-Mobile compatibility) or locked down to Sprint, Verizon or T-Mobile. Buyers are limited to snapping up four HTC 10 units at the discounted price.

If you're interested in entering the contest, or in taking advantage of the $150 discount on the HTC 10, click on the sourcelink now!

No removable battery. Hopefully LG's next flagship is worth it (free or not).

I hope HTC survives as a smartphone manufacuter. It would be sad to see them leave the business. But If they have no option but to sell their business I hope Xiaomi buy them up. Classic HTC design with near stock android ui with Xiaomi's cheap pricing policy would be great.

Meh, I already have more faith in Xiaomi than I do in HTC. I don't want HTC ruining them. What they are doing right now is great, same with Huawei.

I think it should be permanently priced at $499.

Woah! $999 unlocked on the HTC website in Canada. That's almost as bad as Apple. Lol
