Sprint contest leaks showing images of Samsung Galaxy S6 and Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge
A huge leak on Friday morning not only reveals a promotional contest being run by Sprint for the Samsung Galaxy S6, but also reveals new images of both the Galaxy S6 and the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge. According to the written directions on the leak, those who pre-register for both devices can win one of six Samsung Galaxy S6 units that are being given away each week for a limited time.

Pre-registrations are different from pre-orders since no money changes hands. By giving Sprint certain information, including your email address, you are kept up-to-date on the progress of the phone's launch and are told when pre-orders are expected to start. In some cases, those who pre-register either get a discount on the purchase of a device, or are entitled to a free accessory. In this case, getting entered in a contest that gives away Sammy's new flagship phone is probably enough of an incentive to pre-register.

The unveiling of the Samsung Galaxy S6 and Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge will come roughly 90 minutes after HTC introduces the HTC One M9 and HTC One M9 Plus. The fun and festivities take place this Sunday with the HTC event starting at 10am EST and the Samsung event beginning at 11:30am EST. We will be in Barcelona ready to give you all of the news pertaining to the two unveilings and all of the other new product announcements coming from MWC 2015.

Thanks for the tip!

any good new thing not coming out from America is hardly appreciated. Look at what happened to the note series, now everyone wants to own a phablet. If you don't like, just shut the hell up. We love it and we are seriously waiting for it.

Is your phone metal? What does metal function as? That's just a gimmick as well. Even worse the metal gimmick takes away useful function such as removable batteries and sd cards. (Not that you would know bc your iPhones never even had those options)

have you ever hold, htc m7,m8 or even iphone 6..then you will know how much premium metal defines aesthetic of a phone..poor samsung fan you guys still have to wait for 2-3 yrs more to get full metal body phone

There is already the samsung A series of full metal phones. I have no interest in a full metal body as I found the htc too slippery to hold. The picture of the edge above looks nice and you sound like a little green eyed monster to me. I imagine the little curve makes it much nicer to swipe from the edge of the screen

I have held all of the above. Then I put them down and bought the Note 4. Function over form, power over aesthetic. I sincerely hope Samsung never goes full metal unibody, too many trade offs.

metal sucks slippery and digs when dropped and i have m8 and like the m7 room mate has 3 iphones 5s and 6 its ok but over rated.

Metal is a material, not a function. This is a basic knowledge that even a kid knows.

I'm not judging you, but it seems there is more than 0.1mm. At least 5 times as much.

No, we want the best. Like the Note 4. You know, the phone that nearly every tech reviewer judged the best, and specifically better than the iPhone 6+.

how can u call this a gimmick?? This is TRULY INNOVATIVE design. when Apple create something u don't call it gimmicky.

Do you plan on repeating your pathetic joke on every article about Samsung ? What do you think about the 64 bits Exynos 7240 ? The UFS memory ? The new technology of antenna used to receive a better signal while emitting less nocive waves ? Of LPDDR4 RAM ? The new lightweight Touchwiz with new themes and less bloatware ? That's a huge upgrade over the Galaxy S5. The HTC One M9 won't have half of it... And the iPhone 6... we'd better not talk about it.

Meh. 64bit is overrated. Only a handful of apps can utilize it, theyre not even essential apps. What I remember Project zero means a redesign of their Galaxy line, and putting an edge screen is not the way to do it. It still looks like the s5.

Yes, 64 bits is overrated, but particularly for the iPhone. Do you know how Android works ? ART recompiles every app installed to make it compatible with your device, which means every single app of the Play Store is fully compatible with 64 bits processors without any intervention of the developer, unlike the App Store, in which 32 bits apps still have a long lifespan before they completely disappear... Project Zero has never been confirmed by Samsung, as far as I know. It's just a rumor which may even be wrong.
