Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 now available for purchase in the US
Revealed last month, the Galaxy Watch Active 2 has finally went on sale in the United States earlier today. The smartwatch lands in the US alongside Samsung's first-ever foldable smartphone, the Galaxy Fold, although if you haven't ordered one yet, chances are that you won't be able to get it from Samsung since the device is selling like hotcakes.

Anyway, the Galaxy Watch Active 2 comes in two size variations: 40mm and 44mm. The former is cheaper, but not by much, so we recommend customers choosing the size that fits their style rather than getting the smaller one just because it's cheaper.

Samsung is now selling the Galaxy Watch Active 2 44mm for $300, while the 40mm model can be had for $280. Both smartwatches come in three different colors: Aqua Black, Cloud Silver, and Pink Gold. No matter which one you choose, it will ship by November 1.

Apart from the fact that shipping is free, customers who purchase the Galaxy Watch Active 2 from Samsung will earn 1% back in rewards.

That is one gorgeous watch, and Tizen is soooooo feature packed. If it's properly optimized, then OMG! I'm also glad Samsung put a speaker on it, so you can talk from it. Definitely picking the black model up.

I like the looks of this. Gosh, I sure hope it's not too "feminine"!

Picked mine up from Bestbuy today, and so far it's a great device. Fast, fluid, feature packed, and battery life has to be seen. I got the 44mm black, bluetooth model, $324 after tax. It's very good looking, and bigger than I expected. As far as keeping it, that will depend on how accurate the heart rate monitor is. As long as it tracks my HR, and workouts accurately, I'll keep it. That's very important to me. I missed having the widgets too, so it's a winner so far, but I'll be testing it out for about 10 days, and then making a decision.

How come no LTE version available yet. Any idea when we'll have it on Verizon or AT&T? Thanks.
