The aptly titled Movado Connect 2.0 family consists of no less than 15 different models styled to appeal to both men and women, available for online pre-orders starting today and coming to physical US stores at some point next month in two sizes. That's actually a refreshing change over the original version, which only came with a 42mm case, fitting more comfortably on smaller wrists in a 40mm option as well.
Of course, there are other important revisions and upgrades to highlight, as the Connect 2.0 arguably looks classier than its predecessor on the outside while pretty much packing the best internals currently available for Wear OS smartwatches. We're talking a full gig of memory, 8 gigs of internal storage space, an energy-efficient Snapdragon 3100 processor, and a large enough battery to hold a single charge for anywhere between two and four days... with "time only" mode.
Apart from super-advanced stuff like ECG functionality or fall detection, the Movado Connect 2.0 appears to tick every possible box in terms of health and activity tracking features, including a built-in heart rate monitor, untethered GPS, as well an accelerometer, altimeter, and gyroscope sensors. You also get NFC support for wrist payments, a microphone, and even a couple of programmable side-mounted buttons in addition to interchangeable straps and customizable dials.

Basically, this looks like the perfect smartwatch from not just a design standpoint, but also as far as customization and both health and lifestyle features are concerned. Unfortunately, the Movado Connect 2.0 is a little too good to also be affordable, starting at a somewhat extravagant $495 and going all the way up to a decidedly exorbitant $795 depending on your preferred size, color, style, and band. All versions are made from premium stainless steel with ceramic back covers and a wide range of leather, fabric, and metal straps and bracelets available for your customization pleasure.
