Marshall intros Mid Bluetooth headphones that last 30 hours on a single charge
Rock'n'roll household brand and part-time smartphone maker Marshall has introduced a new pair of wireless Bluetooth over-ear headphones. Priced at $199, the Marshall Mid Bluetooth represent the brand's iconic black vinyl and gold metal design, while boasting advantages such as 30+ hours of playtime on a single charge, custom 40mm dynamic drivers with the promise of balanced sound, a plush headband, and "3D" hinges for an ergonomic fit.
The Mid Bluetooth connect to your device using Bluetooth aptX technology that minimizes audio-video sync issues, which means you will be able to watch movies without the sound and on-screen action going out of sync. The headphones also feature a multi-functional control knob that lets users play, pause, shuffle, adjust the volume, answer/reject calls, and switch the accessory on and off. They have two passive noise reduction mics built-in, too, so that you can have conversations and record voice memos.
Despite being a wireless design, the Mid Bluetooth does feature a 3.5mm jack that lets users attach a cord for wired listening, or share their music with the headphones of others. These sure pack a lot of technological and musical punch for $200 headphones, so let's hope they will be a success for Marshall.
