Some Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ pre-orders will arrive late

Some Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ pre-orders will arrive late
August 23rd is the official release date for the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+ in the U.S. and for other countries. But that doesn't mean that the model you pre-ordered will arrive on that date. XDA's Max Weinbach shared via a tweet today some bad news; the unlocked 256GB Galaxy Note 10+ he ordered isn't expected to arrive until September 4th.

After seeing this tweet, we took a look at Samsung's website to see what delivery times are being promised now, and this is how things stand as we are more than two and a half days into the pre-order period. All pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 will be delivered on time including unlocked models and carrier-locked units for Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, Sprint and U.S. Cellular no matter the color option selected.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ does have some delays. Here is the status for that phone:

Unlocked-256GB
  • Aura White-August 30th
  • Aura Black-August 23rd
  • Aura Glow-August 30th
  • Aura Blue-August 30th

Unlocked-512GB
  • Aura Black-August 23rd

Verizon-256GB
  • Aura White-August 23rd

AT&T-256GB
  • Aura White-August 23rd
  • Aura Black-August 23rd
  • Aura Glow-August 23rd

AT&T-512GB
  • Aura Black-August 23rd

T-Mobile-256GB
  • Aura White-August 23rd
  • Aura Black-August 23rd
  • Aura Glow-August 30th

T-Mobile-512GB
  • Aura Black-August 23rd

Sprint-256GB
  • Aura White-August 23rd
  • Aura Black-August 23rd
  • Aura Glow-August 30th

Sprint-512GB
  • Aura Black-August 23rd

U.S. Cellular-256GB
  • Aura White-August 23rd
  • Aura Black-August 23rd
  • Aura Glow-August 30th

U.S. Cellular-512GB
  • Aura Black-August 23rd
It seems that there is strong demand for the 256GB Galaxy Note 10+ Aura Glow model. But as seen from the tweet disseminated by Max Weinbach, we obviously can't trust the dates on Samsung's website. So before you place your pre-order, keep this in mind. You can always see what is available on August 23rd from your nearby Best Buy location, or the closest physical retail store associated with your wireless provider.

This game a gonna be a monster device. I won’t buy one, till a 5G 10+ is on AT&T. No more 4G phones for me.

Honestly no. AT&T is supposed to have a display unit up, so I’ll see it this week.

My Pre-Order for the Note 10+ T-mobile Aura Glow still shows delivery expected on August 23. I did sign up for Reserved Pre-Order and placed my order as soon as Pre-Order was opened, so I don't know if that makes a difference or not.

Why cant it be a bit of both. The demand simply exceeded what they had available. Demand of a hit product will typical exceed availability. Why hate on it? Production likely only start in June or July. When product first starts, they start slow to make sure machines are tooled properly and they get high yields. Then they increase as time goes. Samsung rarely doesn't have enough device. This is the first time since the Note 7 that demand exceed the first round of production stock. Regardless of how many they had. Such a hater.

This happens with all phones that come out. Name a launch where every phone that was ordered was shipped or delivered on time.

I ordered the Unlocked Aura Blue 256 gb Note 10 plus directly from Samsung last night and it says Sept. 4th as well. Maybe the blue is actually outselling the glow...

Had to trade in one of my Note 9 to get the 10plus. That thing makes my Note 9 look old.

Looks like the first batch of 5M or so are already gone, when carriers have to get some too. So much for what the stupid analyst said Samsung will only sell 9.7M in 5 months. The first 5M+ are all gone on preorder already. And from what I saw of the phone, it has some really nice features. But I'm gonna wait for Black Friday.

I preordered my 10+ 256g Aura Glow from Sprint about a half an hour after preorders went live. I just got an email saying my order has shipped and will arrive by the 19th of August so we'll see how that goes!

I don't get mine till September 10th. Ordered yesterday. It could be more demand/less supply but Samsung should have communicated it better. BestBuy still has it available on August 23rd.
