Cant decide which smartphone to buy

I am going to buy a new smartphone in a couple of days and I just cant decide.
Im looking for a good smartphone in a price aproximately with 250 euros ( 320 dollar )
and all the Xperias look really good.With that price I can get Xperia GO ST, Xperia Sola or Xperia U.
GO ST is good in endurance, doesent break, waterproof etc but it seems that the screens quality isn`t that good.
Also HTC One V and HTC Desire and also Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray are in the same price but Im not sure in does smartphones.
I could really use an opinion from someone who is familiar with those smartphones and could help me decide.

I hope someone can help me.

Hey buddy,
are you a power user, a social user or a txt and call user?

power user: plays intense games (Nova 3), heavy multitasking and browsing, shoots HD vids
social user: uses whatsapp, browses internet, facebook
txt call user: txt and calls, sometimes uses whatsapp

let me know which one you are and i will find you the right deal. where do you live btw? because prices range quite dramatically depending on the country and the carriers
