User Reviews
This was one of the best Android phones I ever used back in the day. Was truly an alternative to iPhone in a lot areas. Still fell short in some though. A great classic. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've owned 2 of these phones since April of 2011 and I'm still not disappointed by the performance they have.
Every 2 years the battery tends to lose its ability to hold charge so that can be easily and cheaply replaced. Personally, I've upgraded the batteries to aftermarket ones that hold 3500mAh so they last much longer.
One of the devices has developed a fault in the Micro USB charging port and so the port needs to be replaced. The other device has a vibrate motor that no longer functions.
Other than those 2 faults, both devices are still very capable of running modern apps and acting as a primary device.
I couldn't give the phone high enough praise as they were only really designed to last 1-2 years anyway!
I'd recommend this device to anyone and everyone as a backup or a cheap primary device.
- Very well built
- Modern Design
- Rugged screen
- Brilliant Call Quality
- Still Relevant 8.0 MegaPixel Camera
- 3.5mm audio quality
- UI Feels slower after years of use
- Stock Battery Life is very limited
- Starting to fail (vibrate motor, charging port)
- Very quick to heat up under load
Maybe the revolutinary S phone and probably the best.UI works good but after 2 years of Gamer using starts to bug unbelivabely.Charges very fast but battery life is short. Also has the really good specification and camera. The best phone of 2011.
- Good specification
- Good camera
- Good build quality
- It can be really buggy
- Battery life
