Obviously... Nokia enjoys a cult following here like the i-phone in the US... Every 1... AND I DO MEAN EVERY1 will have nokia as the most trusted cellphone manufacturer. Most people will not care about windows phone or the metro ui or the no of. Apps... They will see the nokia logo and buy it.

A big marketing gimmick by Nokia and i pray innocent people don't fall prey to it... I did 3 years ago with the 5800 and i have never looked back at Nokia... What a shame got crappy software and hardware... Verdict: FAIL!

Instead of spending so much on Aggressive marketing, Nokia should have cut some cost and reduced the price of lumia 800 in India, Rs 29,990 is very steep price, considering that Samsung Galaxy S2 is selling for about Rs 27,000 in India................... It's true they are Market leader in India but Samsung and other mobile manufacturers are eating into Nokia's Marketshare for past few years by launching phones with competitive price......... To maintain their lead over other manufacturers Nokia should have launched lumia 800 with some great offers in India, like free Xbox 360.............. anyways most of the people over here don't know abt. OS running on the phones, nd they make purchase based on the looks, battery, build quality, camera, multimedia capabilities, call and messaging capabilities; and Nokia Is always best in all of these departments so I thnk at least Lumia 710 will sell pretty well over here.......
