Jelly Bean update rolling out to HTC One SV?

A report from France says that the Android 4.1.2 update is rolling out right now for the HTC One SV. The device had launched in November with Android 4.0.4 aboard. The update is software version 2.14.401.2 and weighs in at 387.71MB. Besides Android 4.1.2, the update also brings Sense 4+ to the phone. The Jelly Bean build of Android offers the smooth UI responsiveness of Project Butter and Google Now, which sends you information you need, when you need it.
The update also seems to really improve the performance of the phone. Before the update, a screenshot shows benchmark scores of 4421 and 10631 on the Quadrant Benchmark and on AnTuTu respectively. After the update, the scores were 5233 on Quadrant Benchmark and 11,261 on AnTuTu.
We don't get a chance to pass the specs of this model around that much, so let's refresh your memory by reminding you that the HTC SV is equipped with a 4.3 inch WVGA LCD 2 screen with a pixel density of 217ppi. A dual-core 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor is under the hood while 1GB of RAM and 8GB of native storage are included. A microSD slot can help expand storage. The 5MP camera on back takes 1080p video while the 1.3MP front facing shooter handles self-portraits and video chats. The 1800mAh battery keeps the power on. Beats Audio keeps your foot tapping and the HTC SV is NFC enabled.
We have had no word from HTC about this, so while we would welcome the update, we will remain a bit skeptical until the update is confirmed.

Sorry, had to use caps. Llabtoofer on Twitter is someone who has a lot of insider info on HTC, nearly nailed the HTC One specs. He is the one who said it will happen.

The lists for devices getting 4.2.2 don't mention HTC One SV, though they mention One XL even. Is it absolutely certain that it will not get 4.2.2?
