Amazon UK has the HTC Desire S priced at £419.99 with an April 18th release date

Not even a week under its belt, we’re already seeing concrete information regarding a release date and pricing for the HTC Desire S.
Interestingly enough, Amazon UK has a page up and live showing off HTC’s upcoming Android smartphone – with a definitive release date and pricing out there. From the looks of it, the unlocked version of the HTC Desire S will be ready for an April 18th release with pricing set to £419.99 ($679). Now its arrival on Amazon UK is surprising since it was officially unveiled to the masses not too long ago, but don’t be surprised if things change regarding its release between now and then.
Aside from those facts, it’s not known when Amazon UK will begin to accept orders for the upcoming Android smartphone. Nevertheless, it’d be a good idea to keep an eye out on a daily basis to see if they’ve placed the green light for them.
