The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 tablet is a hardware beast featuring a 8.9'' display with 2560x1600 resolution, or 339 ppi, 2.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM, and 8 MP main camera, along with a front-facing shooter. It comes in a 16GB/32GB/64GB version, Wi-Fi only or 4G LTE variant. The tablet also introduces Fire OS 3.0, based on Android 4.2.2.
