For the first time since its early August commercial debut, Samsung's latest and greatest rugged smartwatch is discounted without an obligatory device trade-in or other special requirements. Then again, I don't think such an offer is likely to drop very soon on Samsung's website or at major third-party retailers like Amazon given the many big upgrades and improvements brought by the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 over its predecessor and the unchanged regular price. This is not just an incredibly robust Apple Watch Ultra 4 alternative, mind you, somehow managing to deliver more battery life than the original Galaxy Watch Ultra while reducing the overall product thickness and keeping the weight in check.
