Although it's certainly not unusual anymore to see major US retailers like Amazon and Best Buy sell Samsung's "vanilla" Galaxy S26 at $100 or $125 discounts with no strings attached, you don't get the opportunity to save significantly more than that very often... unless you're willing to trade in your existing device and take your business directly to the world's number two smartphone vendor.

But if you think you need 512 gigs of internal storage space and don't have a problem opting for a Sky Blue colorway, the compact 6.3-inch Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 powerhouse can currently be yours for an amazing $210 less than usual. The S26, mind you, normally costs a whopping $1,099.99 in a 512GB storage variant, which means this hefty discount doesn't make the ultra-high-end device conventionally affordable. Besides, the Galaxy S26 looks destined to eclipse its main direct rival in a few key departments, starting with raw power, product thickness (or rather thinness), and overall elegance. The battery life is unfortunately not ideal as a direct consequence of that razor-thin profile, but at least at this massively reduced price, I don't think that should be treated as a complete dealbreaker. Not when the cameras are great, the build quality pretty much flawless, and the long-term software support virtually unbeatable.
