The undeniably overpriced clamshell-style Motorola Razr Ultra (2026) foldable is... slightly less overpriced than usual right now.

The brand's number one Galaxy Z Flip 8 rival, of course, is the latest Razr Ultra edition, but at a $1,499.99 list price, that's unlikely to have found a lot of early US-based adopters. Released stateside nearly three months ago now, the Snapdragon 8 Elite-powered Razr Ultra (2026) is discounted for the first time by a decent $100 with no obligatory device trade-in or any other strings attached... besides one.
Yes, this is yet another epic Prime Day deal joining such hot bargains as a Galaxy Z Fold 8 at a $350 discount and a Galaxy S26 Ultra sold for $420 less than usual, so naturally, it requires an Amazon Prime membership. But if you already meet that condition, you might find it very hard to resist getting a Pantone Orient Blue or Pantone Cocoa-colored Motorola Razr Ultra (2026) at a lower than ever price.
That is, of course, if you choose to ignore last year's Razr Ultra, which is slightly humbler but a lot more affordable than its successor through its manufacturer's US website. And then there's the Galaxy Z Flip 8, which is also cheaper right now at its own member-exclusive discount on Amazon.

Compared to the Z Flip 8, the Razr Ultra (2026) packs an extra four gigs of RAM for a grand total of 16, as well as a much larger 5,000mAh battery equipped with significantly faster 68W wired and 30W wireless charging speeds. The three 50MP cameras (two on the back and one on the front) are also pretty epic and hard to beat in the flip phone category, and the same goes for the gargantuan (by clamshell standards) 7 and 4-inch screens with 165Hz refresh rate capabilities (yes, both of them).
Bottom line, this is clearly an exceptional product available at a... somewhat fittingly high price that's lower than usual. If you're looking for early holiday bargains, you'll definitely have to look elsewhere, but if you absolutely must own this particular device, now is the time to pull the trigger and this is the place to do it.
