While it's generally considered good practice in the mobile industry to have a uniform and cohesive design language across a brand's product portfolio, there comes a time when even the most devoted fans of a company like Motorola will seek a little diversity and differentiation.
If that time is now, however, I'm afraid you're not going to find a lot of clear cosmetic distinctions between the Moto G77, G67, G17, and G17 Power, at least based on the super-high-quality renders leaked by none other than Evan Blass (aka @evleaks) on X today.
Yes, these are four (vaguely) different phones
How will you tell these presumably budget-friendly Android mid-rangers apart once they're actually released in the coming months? Most likely, by their colors, and if you look (very) closely, by subtle details like the size of the screen bezels and some of the camera characteristics engraved on the primary rear-facing imaging sensor.

Obviously, the lower-end Moto G17 and G17 Power will come with slightly thicker borders all around their displays compared to the upper mid-range Moto G67 and G77, and apparently, the model with the highest number in its name will be the only one of the four to rock a 108MP snapper on its back.

The G67, G17, and G17 Power, meanwhile, will all technically share a 50-megapixel count for their main rear camera, although the G67 is pretty much guaranteed to produce better snapshots with the help of various superior hardware elements and software tricks.

As far as chromatics are concerned, the Moto G77 is today pictured in what I would probably describe as dark brown and bluish green shades. But a separate source that also published its own leaked images claims the colorways are dubbed Pantone Black Olive and Pantone Shaded Spruce, which is most likely correct.
The G67 is purportedly set to come in Pantone Arctic Seal and Light Parrot Green hues, while the G17 and G17 Power's color options will apparently include Alaskan Blue, Evening Blue, and Pink for the former, and curiously enough, only Alaskan Blue for the latter.
Do you think you'll buy any of these phones?
As usual, Motorola is not playing things safe from this particular standpoint with boring black and gray options across the board, but a few undeniably eye-catching colors and a vegan leather finish that's no longer drawing as much attention as it used to a couple of years ago can't make these far too similar and repetitive phones pop.
Will the specs and features blow our minds?
I highly doubt that, but the value for money could be... decent enough to drive respectable sales numbers in Europe and Asia. The Moto G77, for instance, is expected to pack a reasonably powerful MediaTek Dimensity 6400 processor and a 5,200mAh battery with 30W charging capabilities while sporting a gorgeous 6.8-inch AMOLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate support.

Because the Moto G75 was priced at €300 and up on the old continent back in the fall of 2024, I'm expecting the G77 to circle the same mark in a 256GB storage variant. If that sounds too steep for you, the Moto G67 could step in at around €250 with a slightly humbler Dimensity 6300 SoC and only 128GB internal storage space, but the same screen, battery, and charging support as its costlier brother.
The Moto G17 and G17 Power, of course, are virtually guaranteed to be even cheaper, with spec sheets expected to include up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, as well as significantly less impressive 6.7-inch or so LCD screens. The Moto G17 Power should stand out from its non-Power-branded sibling with a hefty battery, but the exact capacity is still under wraps and difficult to guess.
Why is Motorola like this?
Look, I actually don't mind the "stove" camera island design... that much, but seeing it on four different phones (not to mention the Edge 70 Fusion just yesterday and even the ultra-high-end Signature a few weeks back) is a bit much.

With the risk of repeating myself, I believe Motorola is doing its brand a great disservice by releasing so... many... similar devices in such short periods of time. Instead of that, the company could have picked just one model out of the G67 and G77 and one out of the G17 and G17 Power (preferably, the G17 Power), separated their designs more clearly, priced them competitively, and advertised them aggressively around the world.
The thing is, I have no doubt that all four of these devices will be bang-for-buck champions, but I fear not enough people will give them the attention they deserve due to brand dilution and their derivative designs. And that deeply saddens me.
