Although the wearable has actually been a bit cheaper in the past, the current $244 price cut is still a pretty memorable savings opportunity if you ask me. At the end of the day, you're getting quite a bit for your investment here, including a battery life of up to 16 days.
As my colleague Vic says in our Fenix 8 review, this model offers an extremely accurate heart rate sensor, not to mention it's a fantastic choice for tracking runs. The body battery metric and training readiness metrics are another standout, allowing you to quickly determine the energy levels of your body.
GPS accuracy is spot-on on this model as well, making it a truly impressive Apple Watch Ultra 4 alternative. As if that's not enough, the wearable supports voice commands, so you can start a workout more easily or set up an alarm or timer.
Although the Garmin Fenix 8 is definitely on the pricier side at its regular MSRP of $1,000, it's much easier to recommend right now. At the end of the day, it's not often that you can see premium Garmin wearables get cheaper by 24%.
