AirPods 5 get their first-ever price cut

The first AirPods 5 deal is here! Likely for a limited time, you can get the model without ANC is going for $10 off its original price. That means you can buy the $129 headphones for $119. And while the deal is coming from Woot, you're actually getting a brand-new model.

If there's anything you should know about the Woot promo, it's that the AirPods 5 don't arrive with a manufacturer's warranty. Instead, you can count on Woot's 90-day coverage. While this may be a downside for some, I should point out that no other retailer is currently giving you a similar deal.

• By the way, if you're also looking for a wearable to complete your Apple ecosystem, the Apple Watch Series 11 is also on sale at Woot and can now be yours for just $399.

If the $10 discount seems too modest for you, the AirPods 4 is currently down to only $89 at Walmart. The promo is available on the non-ANC model, so keep that in mind.

One of the main things to keep in mind about the AirPods 5 is that they're unsealed. That may make them feel less secure in your ears while you work out and provide weak noise isolation. On the bright side, they come with IP57 for better water and dust isolation, while the H2 chip gives you a quality sound.

As for battery life, these definitely don't win any trophies with their four-hour listening time. With the charging case included, you can expect a total playtime of 20 hours. While that's not particularly impressive for today's standards, it's a compromise that's way easier to accept once you realize how affordable these bad boys are.

Bottom line: if you're looking for a way to buy the latest non-Pro earbuds for less, this is your chance. Head to Woot and save $10 while you can.
