Samsung Galaxy S4 coming to T-Mobile on May 1
That the Samsung Galaxy S4 was bound to land on T-Mobile in the U.S. was something we already knew. When that might happen, however, was a question we couldn't give a specific answer to until today. During the official Uncarrier event hosted by T-Mobile in New York, the carrier announced that it will launch the Samsung Galaxy S4 on May 1. The announcement was made by T-Mobile's head of marketing Mike Sievert.

That's not too long after the first Samsung Galaxy S4 units hit the international market. As its maker confirmed, the smartphone should be released by the end of April, at least in some countries. Furthermore, U.S. MVNO Ting will start accepting Samsung Galaxy S4 pre-orders by mid-May, which leads us to believe that the major U.S. carriers should have launched the highly-anticipated smartphone by then, although no solid launch dates have been given yet by any of them.

So in case you've got your mind set on the Samsung Galaxy S4 and T-Mobile is your carrier of choice, feel free to mark May 1 in your calendar. In the meantime, you might want to learn more about the carrier's 4G LTE network or the brand new T-Mobile service plans.
