O2 version of the HTC HD2 receives a ROM update
Still considered one of the heavy hitters in the Windows Mobile world, O2's version of the HTC HD2 is getting a new ROM update that's alleged to offer some fixes. Although there was no change-log available with the new ROM, it's likely that it only offers some minor big fixes and tweaks to improve the overall experience on the smartphone. Not ground breaking to say the least, but we're sure these kind of things will continue to pour out as the HTC HD2 has single-handedly become the name and face for the current generation of Windows Mobile phones. As with any ROM update, just be sure to backup all of your precious data before proceeding with the installation.

"...some minor big fixes and tweaks...." This is totally redundant FYI... Some bugs I find with my HD2 is mostly in the music player. The eq booster turns off and sometimes the shuffle feature turns off even it is "checked". Also, I dont know if it is just me, but it feels like the "shuffle" music list always shuffle the same songs repeatedly. I mean I have like 2000 mp3 music and all I hear are all those same repeated once even I had my shuffle feature on. Do ppl use other music player other than the built-in music player that HTC sense offers? Is Windows Media a better alternative? Thanks
