All eyes are on HMD Global, as the Finnish company is expected to unveil a brand new smartphone on August 21. Although many believe HMD will introduce a flagship like the Nokia 9, it's quite possible that the handset maker will launch the Nokia X6, a smartphone that's exclusive to the Chinese market at the moment.
Not to mention that the event is scheduled to take place in India, so we're actually talking about “the most awaited phone” for the Indian market. After announcing the launch event last week, HMD has decided to further increase the hype around the phone by posting several pictures from “Lakme Fashion Week,” which were captured with “the most awaited phone.”
All pictures have been posted on Nokia Mobile India's official Instagram account and can be found at the source link below. HMD Global has no plans for IFA 2018, which means no new device will be announced at the trade fair later this month.
However, new Nokia smartphones are likely to be announced soon after IFA 2018, although we're still not sure whether or not HMD will bring another flagship to the market by the end of the year.
