Nokia 5800 XpressMusic's 3G connectivity issue
Yesterday, we told you about the 3G connectivity issue that the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic experiences in North America. The Nokia Blog, however, informs that its contacts at the company have replied in relation to this problem. It seems that the manufacturer is aware of the issue and is currently investigating the reasons that have caused it. As far as Nokia is concerned, “This is a very isolated problem concerning only the North American market* and is not specific to any other region or country.” In addition, the reply explains that “*only NY and Chicago affected, in Dallas and Miami the devices are working OK. The investigation is ongoing on the device itself and the network used in these cases.”

Seems like there have been too many issues with the first S60 touchscreen phone already. Still, let’s hope, that the leading manufacturer learns from its mistakes and its similar future products will not suffer from these drawbacks.
