Two Microsoft Surface tablets were available for visitors to test

Microsoft plans on opening a large number of Microsoft Surface Experience Centers where visitors can get a hands-on experience with the Microsoft Surface tablet. Locations have opened in Australia, Germany, the U.K. and France and centers will open in the U.S. later. A visitor to one of the many Experience Centers in Berlin snapped some pictures and discussed his experience at the place.

The unnamed visitor went to the Experience Center at the Motel One in the Kant Strasse 10, near the Zoological Garden Berlin station. He noticed that there were only two units out in the open for people to use. Guests staying at the Motel One do have the option to rent a Microsoft Surface tablet.

The visitor liked the Microsoft Surface tablet, noting that it was heavier than it looked, although not more so than the competition. He also was pleased to see that the staff knew the difference between the Intel-powered Microsoft Surface 8 Pro and the Apple iPad/Android tablet feel of the Microsoft Surface RT.

Why not ? Previous gen series 7 slate was great piece of hardware. I believe that S-Pen is going to work great with One Note..... I also don't understand what does Surface Pro has that makes it special.

Good that they've set something up in Oz. Too bad the closest to my area is still quite far...

EVERYONE; If you have an E-Mail Account that has the POP3 Format, then just be Aware that you will NOT BE ABLE TO GET YOUR E-MAIL on the Microsoft Surface RT Tablet at all.
