Microsoft is currently selling the Lumia 550 at $99 in the United States. That's the price for a brand new, manufacturer-unlocked version oft the phone. The Lumia 550 is usually priced at $139, meaning that the discount is one of $40, or about 29%. 

While Microsoft's Windows 10 Mobile hasn't really taken off, the OS suffices for basic tasks. Speaking of basic tasks, this is exactly what the Microsoft Lumia 550 is designed to do.
