LG Escape now official, coming to AT&T on September 16th for $49.99 on contract
On Sunday, we showed you a leaked picture of the LG Escape, all dressed up in AT&T branding. Just a day later, the carrier has made it official and the model will join AT&T's lineup on September 16th. The phone will be available for just $49.99 with a signed two-year contract. The model offers a 4.3 inch qHD IPS display with a dual-core 1.2GHz processor under the hood. A 5MP camera on back captures video in 1080p. A 1.3MP front-facing shooter enables self portraits and video chat. Powering the phone is a 2,150mAh battery and Android 4.0 is installed with the latest version of the Optimus UI running on top. Did we mention the LTE connectivity?

If you have 60 seconds to spare, you can learn a lot more about the LG Escape. Click on the video below to see Daniel from the AT&T social media team go through a host of features in just 60 seconds. For example, did you know that the bar on the bottom of the browser allows you to surf the web and share content with your social networks at the same time? Or that Quick Memo allows you grab a screenshot, write notes on it, and pass it along to others? Well, now you do. And for what has to be considered a reasonable price, the LG Escape could be in your hands by next Sunday.
