HTC Zara gets specs rumor: Snapdragon 400
There isn't a huge amount that we know about the HTC Zara, but a new rumor has put out some possible specs for the device. What we've heard so far about the device is that it is going to be a lower-end device destined for Sprint. Unlike the HTC One, the Zara is expected to have a plastic body, and some have said that it is sort of a bridge between the One lineup and the Desire devices.

If the rumor is to be believed, the Zara will feature a 4.5" display with a 960x540 resolution (qHD),a Snapdragon 400 clocked at 1.4GHz, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of storage (with microSD expansion), HTC’s famous UltraPixel camera on the back, a 1.6MP front camera, and the software should be Sense 5.0 on top of Android 4.2.2.

In the U.S., the Zara is expected for Sprint, but there could be international variants that offer dual-SIM options.

The One Mini is several steps up from this one, as far as specs are concerned and, most likely, as far as price is concerned as well. HTC has yet to reveal a true low-end device this year (to my recollection) and this might be it.
