Ever since the Galaxy S9+ came out, everyone's been scratching their heads, asking the same question — “It's all-around better than the Galaxy Note 8, but the latter still costs $110”. Indeed, the only thing the Note 8 has over the S9+ is the S Pen, but no matter how much of a stylus fan you are, it's really, really hard to justify dropping $950 on it. To top it off, its successor — the Galaxy Note 9 — is only a month away.

But what if we told you that you can now grab the Galaxy Note 8 for $650 off of Amazon? "But I am not a Prime member", we heard some say. Not to worry, this discount has nothing to do with Prime Day that is happening right now, or at least it doesn't seem so.

It's worth noting that you can only get the Midnight Black Note 8 for this price. The Orchid Gray color, on the other hand, will cost you $750 without Prime membership and $650 with it. So, yeah, one color of the Note 8 is not a part of Prime day, the other one is, but the deal is pretty much the same for both.
