Best smartphone camera photos #87

We're back with the 87th post in our special photographic-centric series where we present you with a number of awesome images taken by... well, you (and your cell phones).

So, which picture did you like most last time? The answer is Andrew Hansen's photo, taken with the Nokia 808 Pureview. And a pretty well-deserved first place it is, we should say!

Of course, there are many other incredible images left to be seen. Let's continue with another set of 10 pics, each of which can easily convince even the most professionally-inclined photographer that cell phones are more than a toy in the camera department.

Please note that if your own awesome image is not included here, this doesn't mean that it won't end up on the site. We simply might not have gotten to it yet! So, we urge you to continue following us, as we'll be publishing more of these truly great photos in the following days and weeks.

We'd also like to remind you that you can continue submitting your cool cell phone pics to the following email address:

In order to not miss on all the glory, you also have to mention your name/nickname, as well as the phone you used to take the shots. A nice additional piece of info would be a name or a short description for the image.

With that, we now leave you with our 87th set of favorite photos...

Which photo do you like most?

I thought you had to vote for the best/prettiest photo, not photo with the most comedic value. I chose 2, but it was a tough call, this contest has lots of very good photos.

Would like to vote for that dragonfly again, what a stunning pic. But then look at the phone that took it. As Mozarrt said, was a tough call, but i went for the squirrel

squirrel is a rare moment... other pics are easy to take and can be taken anytime but taking squirrel like this is ocasional... so squirrel is the best

Voted 10 ;). 10 and 7 are awesome IMO. Very tough call though, most of the pics are superb this time.

I voted 3. Though it's not perfect, it's a kind of photo, I would think is hardly possible to take with phone...

The people voting for pic 3 must be fan boys of Nokia because it is clearly not the best photo. This is why you should not show the phone that took each photo.

So wait your saying that there is more nokia fans? This makes no sense... The picture is lovely, like it alot. The other shots are not special imo, close up tree, bad angle of the hallway, the squirrel is awesome but that night pic is amazing imo. yes it has some haze, but to me that adds to the picture, stunning compared to the rest. all IMO

I am Nokia fan, but first, when I watched photos, I didn't look at brands and it got my attention.
