In the US, consumer electronics retailer Best Buy recently dropped the price of Sprint's Samsung Galaxy Tab to $499 – with Sprint actually going ahead and doing the same most recently.
However, we're seeing the same thing happening north of the border as Best Buy Canada has shaved off $100 off the price of Bell's version of the Samsung Galaxy Tab; which brings it to the price of only $549.99. However, it seems that the price drop is only being offered for a limited time until January 27th. After that, it's anyone's guess whether or not the retailer will make the price change permanent or revert back to its original pricing of $649.99.
So if you've been eying this Android powered tablet some time, but were afraid to purchase it due solely to price, now might just be the perfect time to buy it.
