POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SAMSUNG

If someone from Samsung Support actually read my email before sending out a standard reply, they would see I did not ask about Samsung making games.
I ASKED WHERE I CAN GET APPLICATIONS AND HOW I CAN INSTALL THEM TO MY SAMSUNG S5233W.
BUT ALL I GOT WAS A COMPLETE RUN AROUND SAMSUNG TELLING ME TO CONTACT OPTUS AND OPTUS TELLING ME TO CONTACT SAMSUNG.
WHICH MEANS I WELL NEVER EVER BUY ANOTHER SAMSUNG AGAIN AND WELL TELL PEOPLE THROUGH MY FACEBOOK PAGE AND MY MANY BLOGS I AM A MEMBER OF ESPECIALLY MOBILE PHONE BLOGS.

For the record don't bother buying their T.V's !! Even more expensive and the same run around !!
