Picture and video sharing app Instagram is adding a new feature today, giving you one more way to share your visual media on the app. Subscribers to Instagram can now include more than one picture or video in a post. Up to ten photos or videos (in any combination) can be shared at one time, with your followers able to swipe through the images. When it comes time to upload your feed, a new icon will be seen. Press it and you can select the pictures and videos to include in your post. You can change the order of your content, have them all go through the same filter together, or have  different filters applied individually to each of the ten entries that make up your post.

There is a caveat. Only one caption is allowed to cover all ten pictures/videos and for now, they must all be square. In your feed, pictures or videos that are part of a post with multiple content will have a blue dot on the bottom to inform you that you can scroll through the remaining images.

As we said, the new feature is available now in the App Store and Google Play Store. On the latter, click on the hamburger menu in the upper left, and then click on My apps & games. There, you will find the list of apps ready to be updated. Scroll down to Instagram and click on update. for those rockin' iOS, open the App Store, click on Updates found on the menu at the bottom of the screen, scroll to Instagram and click on update.

Don't forget to click on the video at the top of this story to see the new feature in action.
